The word "Sushi" means alot to the person i made this one for, and she also love Japanese food. I'm not in the mood for christmast time this year, not at all. That's why i made sushi, with a warm atmosphere, lots of red and a tiny bit of green tint so it's still related to christmas, and i wish you guys a warm & cheerful christmas this year.
